چکیده

The problem of reproduction cattle in the Russian Federation remains relevant from year to and is characterized by a rather low yield offspring per 100 queens, which causes significant economic damage. solution this associated with an increase efficiency implementation genetically determined reproductive capabilities animals. Scientific novelty lies study molecular genetic mechanisms fertility control. aim work was identify allelic variants SNPs ability cattle. Whole genome genotyping performed. Research methods. studies were carried out on cows Holsteinized Black-and-White breed Ural type. profile animals has been studied, SNP significantly qualities have identified, combinations DNA markers identified that improve cows. Results. In terms indicators (multiplicity insemination, duration service period), it found multiplicity insemination for genotype ARS-BFGL-NGS-71623GG 1.33, lower compared genotypes ARS-BFGL-NGS-71623AA ARS-BFGL- NGS-71623AG 0.27 0.5 units. Heifers ARS-BFGL-NGS-85003AC are inseminated at earlier age than other A difference live weight first noted only ARS-BFGL-NGS-71623 gene. It recommended select homozygous breeding nucleus.
